Ebony also sits on the Women in Rail South group, voluntarily helping set up several local events to help support gender diversity. She has done this for over two years and the group has delivered over 12 events in the last 18 months including securing funding and key speakers.

• Researched and written numerous submissions for industry awards, 90 of which have been shortlisted across the sector with significant wins for many companies and individuals.

• Instigated multiple business plans, created and maintained aligned marketing strategies to build and promote brand identity within the market place for many companies in the sector.

This resulted in overall improved business strategy in terms of more structured key account management plans for clients.

• Designed, developed, maintained and monitored websites for multiple companies that have seen a significant increase in on line presence where there was either none or limited followers. She significantly increased the followers by providing innovative solutions.

• Ebony has also delivered and promoted the largest outdoor UK rail industry exhibition to date, comprising over 300 exhibitors and 4500 visitors, securing and organising all key speakers (including music mogul and rail ‘evangelist’ Pete Waterman and Patrick McLoughlin, the former Secretary of State for Transport).

• Setting up numerous industry events with positive outcomes such as enhancing relationships between the supply chain and key client organisations resulting in enhanced business development and targeted focus on key opportunities working more collaboratively.
