Danielle helped me transition from permanent work to the contracting world. I had been thinking about contracting for some time. I asked Danielle many questions and explained that it is something I would probably not pursue. She graciously answered my queries, after which I had to say "no", as it was not the right time. I found it strange that she was able to take the time to selflessly help someone, who was clearly biased towards "no", just for the sake of helping and expecting zero in return as I had made my intentions clear. Four weeks later, after a great amount of thinking, I was in the process of completing the paperwork for my new role in the contract world. I have been in this role for nearly 1 year and have never looked back.

“I would like to nominate Danielle Peach for HR person/ recruiter of the year. When I was out of work, Danielle found me a local contract at Wabtec Rail, Doncaster. This is perfect for me as Doncaster is my home town. The rate she offered me was higher than expected but said she would ask Wabtec Rail to review my rate for me after 6 months. This was done & I received a 10% rise which was better than expected. Danielle has a very amiable manner & easy to talk to if any problems arose.
