“Caroline Cotton deserves recognition for the great work she has done with re: to our Avocet training program. It is the first time she has been involved in this kind of work and, despite her nerves and worries of training her colleagues, she never wavered and always fully committed to doing the best with what she had.
The Avocet project had, and still has, constant improvements and upgrades meaning that she had to be able to constantly amend and update her training on the fly to keep it all relevant whilst allaying worries and questions from all members of staff.
It was hard work but she persevered through the stress.“

She has then had to train people at other train stations all around the country, she has never complained about it she just got on with it even working weekends in her own time, I think she should be appreciated for what she has achieved.“
