“The team at Birmingham New Street work so hard in providing fantastic Customer Service to all of our customers. The new station opened in 2015 which showed a great improvement in our customer service ranking within the NRPS rankings we moved to position 8 in 2016 this can be attributed to the new station and facilities. Since then the station has moved up to position 3 in 2017 due to the hard work and dedication of all of the staff that work on the station. Their customer service, commitment and pride in everything that they do shines through and is reflected in the customer satisfaction that is proven day in and day out.“
