He has been called upon to present to Network Rail ELT on how he has manager to engage his team to continually deliver a high level of maintenance. He utilises the training span at the depot to develop his teams confidence and capability in both how to deliver outstanding maintenance but also to how to respond to incidents. His motivation to continue to improve is seen throughout his team and is infectious. He dedicates time to his all his team from team leaders to newly joined apprentices and this creates a positive working environment for them all.
