“Michelle has worked tirelessly on recruitment this year. We've had a high level of turnover and introduced some new roles into the business which means the recruitment activity which is a sole role in our business just hasn't stopped.
At the same time as all the recruitment activity Michelle has worked ridiculous hours to implement a new recruitment system which was introduced seamlessly thanks to Michelle's dedication and hard work.
Alongside that, such is Michelle's passion for our industry and our business she volunteered to become Train Dispatch competent to assist during the strikes, she has worked every single strike day and also throughout the operation London Bridge weekend.
Michelle's unrelenting passion and positive attitude is an inspiration to us all, she never stops to think about herself, she sadly lost her partner of 22 years last year but still always puts everyone else first. Michelle is an absolute credit to our business and we're so proud of her, she really deserves this nomination.“
