His attention to detail and desire to help the company is second to none. He has also mentored several colleagues in our team, teaching them important skills but also providing an excellent role model for them. Two of our colleagues have been promoted into new roles because of the guidance and training Mark has provided. Mark is completely dedicated to making the lives of those he works with easier. He is always responsive and reaches out to check in with employees who are working to tight deadlines to ensure he can support where necessary.
