“Since covid the team at York have adapted to the change in needs of our customers, as well as a move into a brand new Travel Centre. The team have adjusted to working in a smaller location and dealing with all the issues they faced with a professional manner, often changing plans and dealing with last minute changes to their rosters. Whilst dealing with this they also took on the role of running Yorks brand new First class lounge rotating between the Travel Centre and the lounge whilst learning new skills and interacting with our passengers. The team have quickly learnt new skills and thrown themselves into making a success of the long awaited Lounge with passengers often complimenting how wonderful it is and how having a team member in there makes it more special.“
