Lauren is a dispatcher and was also on shift that day, without her quick thinking, alerting the emergency services and caring nature this may not have been a positive outcome for our colleague. The paramedics and Northern rail have commended Lauren for her actions, she is a great asset to the team and this is why she should receive this award.“
