Said the following about Joana Amoh:

“Joana is our shining star, she excels in all her duties.

Joana has worked with Carlisle Support services for two years on the Arriva Rail London Contract, saving three lives during this time receiving numerous praise from passengers, Arriva Managers, and Carlisle Support Services.

Joana has also received Carlisle’s shining star Annual reward.

Joana daily supports the Supervisors and Managers in additional tasks with ease.

Joana has built great relationships with passengers providing world-class service, many praises received for Joana passengers have stated how helpful, polite and patient she is, always ensuring passengers have the correct information and keeping them updated with travel information if needed.

Nothing is too much to ask from Joana she is very proud to be part of our Team.

I would want to nominate Joana for not only her exceptional customer service but to thank her for all her hard work over the past couple of years and commitment to delivering a world-class service for all passengers during a very difficult time. She most definitely deserves to be recognized for all her efforts.

Said the following about Joana Amoh:

“Joana is a hardworking member of staff, who is always polite, helpful and patient. She is eager to learn and always seeks advice from a Manager or Supervisor before executing a task or carrying out a task. I remember recently when she called me to ask for advice regarding an elderly couple travelling to a station and they forgot to tap in their freedom passes due to the couple needing assistance getting downstairs and on the train - both realized that they forgot to touch their cards and the doors of the train got shut. Joana began worried that the elderly couple would be stopped by revenue inspectors at their final destination - she called me immediately asking what she would do. Also, giving me details of the train I called the station's final destination of the couple and advised the situation to revenue inspectors to keep an eye for the couple. These traits are some of Joana personality - compassionate, respectful, and always eager to assist/learn - hence my nomination for her. Keep up the good work Joana.

I forgot to add - that at all times Joana is smartly dressed in full uniform which say all lot about her person after all "Looking good is good business" the reward for good customer service.“
