“High Wycombe team is made of 13 team members. They work in the ticket office, look after the gate line, manage the platforms and complete passenger assists. I have recently joined this team as their Line Manager. This team really goes the extra mile to help customers and support one another. They work closely to keep each other's mental health in check by talking to each other and listening. They rush to help customers and meet their needs. In my 18 years of railways career, I have worked within many teams, I have not seen a team like High Wycombe. This team is totally different they are supportive to each other. I have seen them have conversations with customers and work their magic on them.“
