“On 09/03/21 whilst on patrols Hassan spotted a female standing on the edge of the platform at the station looking around, who looked stressed and emotional. They approached the female introduced themselves by name and asked if they could help please? The female said that she wanted to end her life and that she wanted to jump on the track. They managed to take her to the ticket office and explained the issue to the ticket clerk. They both then calmed her down and she later borrowed a station mobile to call her sister, after ten minutes social workers came and took the lady away.“
