Putting real effort and passion into their roles and it always brings a smile to my face when I see what they are doing to interact and make the days out our customers, a specific shoutout goes towards Daniela Nardi who is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure of coming across. A true gem to the company and her work colleagues“

Said the following about Harpenden Station:

“Due to everyone at the station being in solidarity with each other.

All Staff are there to help each other on a daily bases every day.

All Staff work together to make sure a smooth running of the station.

All Staff, no matter what may happen at the station, will solve whatever is thrown at us i.e. incidents that happen at the station regular occurrences.

Every single special occasions the station is decorated with all staff putting a hand in.

As a team in a whole I am proud to be part of it.
