During this time she has significantly enhanced the passenger experience, working with the New River Line Partnership and internal and external stakeholders to deliver initiatives including:
*The adoption of Hertford East station by a local charity
*The “greening” of internal areas to make ticket offices more appealing
*The installation of multiple floral planters on platforms
*The introduction, repainting and repositioning of station benches
*The refreshing of the waiting room at St Margaret’s station, including a new local community library
*The expansion of the St Margaret’s station garden space
*The burgeoning commercial filming output at Hertford East station, including both local, national and international productions
*The installation of defibrillators along the line of route“
