“Edward Wallace, Driver is driving between two stations when he came across an older woman, walking in the cess, towards his travelling train. He asks her if she's okay and what's she doing, advising her to leave the track. The woman crosses the line and goes behind the train, looking underneath. Edward leaves the train and goes to speak with her, finding her to be disorientated and confused. He invited her on board and to be taken on to the next station, which she declined. Instead, he took her to swing bridge, away from the track, and asked that she remained there until her son arrived. BTP were contacted, and they found her where she had been taken by the driver. Edward found out later on that she hadn't taken her medication, before leaving home.“
