“Dani is always a shining light of happiness at Harpenden at any special occasion i.e. Christmas, Easter Halloween, she always plans and decorates the gateline and ticket office. Dani always shows the utmost care and respect for both passengers and fellow staff.

Dani is just one of those people who are always bright and brightens your day. Since Dani has come to Harpenden the attitude of passengers is mostly upbeat and for those who aren’t Dani is always there if they want to talk. Simply put, we wish we could clone Dani a perfect example of customer service and care“

“I’m nominating Dani as she is the epitome of what customer service is all about.

I honestly can’t put into words how fantastic she is with people but I think the numerous write ins / tokens of appreciations / comments from customers says it all.

On a professional level, as a trainer, I always appreciate Dani as she sells the railway in such a positive manner to any new starters I may be travelling around with or taking them out to stations to do some vocational training. They always comment on how lovely and friendly she is.

Professional, fun & her presence at Harpenden station makes such a difference to the customers and I see them regularly asking how she is and commenting on how she (and the rest of the team) dresse the station up on various occasions (Christmas, Valentines etc)“
