“I've known Conor for almost 4 years so far since he's been employed as a graduate in Atkins. However, I have never had the opportunity to work with him until a few months ago, when our manager decided to allocate me the job role of managing the project status reports of various rail projects and Conor was appointed to me as the point of contact to offer me the corresponding training and support on this new assignment, as he's been doing it for over a year before me.

Since the time we started working together I've noticed his attention to detail, determination to solve the problems occurred and his commitment and hardworking attitude towards the job by working late hours and by managing to balance between correspondence with colleagues and clients and delivery of tasks on time. He's been proving to be a very valuable member of our Rail consulting team as with only 4 years of experience in Rail he's already capable of delivering highly complex type of work involving client interfacing, project management and bidding.

He's only just completed his graduate scheme and I can't wait to see him thrive across the business with the assignment of more responsible and fulfilling jobs. I feel lucky to be in the same team with Conor and I have learned so much from him in the last 3 months, even though I have been in the industry for longer period than him.
