From being the Diversity and Inclusion champion making sure everyone is catered for, to being a Mental Health First Aider and making time for people to pop into her office to have a much-needed chat, nothing is too much trouble. Her work as a Competency and Training specialist is astounding, producing reports for people from LOMS to directors. Claire is always happy to offer her opinion but does this in a way to make it feels more like a friendly conversation rather than work issues and conflicts. Claire's work rate is second to none. Claire finds the time in prioritising her work to accommodate requests from cleaners to the Head of Operations and does not allow for position or rank to influence her.
