Said the following about Bedford Driver Resource Managers:

“The Thameslink DRM team have consistently delivered a fantastic service despite facing some of the most challenging circumstances to have taken place on the Rail Network for very many years, not only have they consistently overcome the issues faced but they have done so in a manner that makes me very proud to be part of that team by displaying a camaraderie that takes me back my to youth during which I served in the military. They have all worked tirelessly to ensure as robust a service as possible is delivered to our passengers through the numerous timetable changes that have been enforced on us all over the last few years as well as covering for each other during times of personal tragedy. I was especially proud of each and every one of them during "Operation London Bridge" when the plan for Her Majesties Interment was implemented. This meant a great increase in the workload for all concerned and I never even had to ask for volunteers for additional work during this period as everyone stepped up and assisted so as not to leave their teammates overwhelmed, I even found myself shooing people out of the door as they had work the next day.

This is only a small snapshot of the fantastic work done by the Thameslink DRM team but should give an indication as to why I am so proud to be part of this fantastic Team.“
