Being recognised as a RailStaff Award winner means so much more than just a trophy.
The RailStaff Awards are the only national award scheme for UK rail employees. Being nominated, a finalist, or a winner shows that you have been recognised amongst your peers as one of the best of the best.
To say thank you, our winners will walk away with our beautiful trophy, champagne, and a cheque for £1000 to treat themselves with. Of course, the thing that money can't buy is knowing that you have been recognised on a national stage. Many of our previous winners have gone on to achieve some amazing things including being given an OBE!
