“Ryan Robinson / Construction Manager for Lundy Projects took on the role of Safety Advisor in the South to cover sites through the COVID pandemic, this was to limit the exposure of others within the safety team travelling from site to site. Ryan in conjunction with the HSQE Team implemented a full safety, quality and COVID compliant culture for all site activities in the Southern Region. Ryan's can do attitude, in a non-confrontational and collaborative way of working, had the Lundy Southern Teams complete buy in this resulted in Zero Accidents on the Victoria 3 project for 2 years and minimal COVID cases, there was no detrimental effect to the delivery of all projects in the South. Ryan has continued this role within the business and he is now undertaking more safety duties throughout the business which in line with progression for himself he is now mentoring other construction managers, he himself starts his NBOSH course this year.“
