“A man approached the 1840 running to catch the train Michelle had already given the 2nd tip to the TM as the doors were closing the man got closer he jumped in between the 2 carriages holding on to the pipes while the train started to move Michelle ran up to get him off the moving train and contacted the BTP this man was then charged could have caused himself some serious injury, Michelle did an excellent job in extreme circumstances and should be commended for her outstanding work!“
