“Linda set up a menopause support group at Network Rail called "Menopause Matters". This group provides invaluable support, information and guidance to women at work navigating the challenges of what has traditionally been a very taboo subject. The group signposts excellent advice, and provides a safe space to discuss in great detail the challenges that the menopause creates for women, at work and in general. Linda's work, and the establishment of the group has brought increased awareness across the business of the challenges faced by menopausal women, and support that members of staff experiencing menopause may require.“
