Greg Thomas - **HAS LEFT**

Said the following about Jordan Walters - **HAS LEFT**:

“Jordan has been a pleasure to work with this year. He has displayed a desire to maximise the opportunity the Apprenticeship offers helped by his infectiously positive attitude. Our HQ community have taken him to their hearts as he has supported and organised them with boundless energy. Even during our exhausting office re-location, he continued to shine and make the transition as smooth as possible for our people. He has thrived delivering Customer Service with our front line teams and shown maturity in handling the more sensitive aspects of the Team Organiser role. Thanks to his great work ethic he has a bright future ahead of him and I'm pleased to have been here to watch him grow.

I am delighted to nominate Jordan Walters as the Apprentice of the Year.“

Lauren Johnson - **HAS LEFT**

Said the following about Jordan Walters - **HAS LEFT**:

““I'm nominating Jordan as Apprentice of the Year for Virgin Trains (VT), because his journey with us is an amazing story where his development is tangibly visible by all that come into contact with him.

Jordan started as Receptionist at our Birmingham HQ, but he has really come into his own and shown initiative to take on opportunities above and beyond his role. Jordan's 'can do' attitude and willingness to challenge himself has seen him support in projects such as seat reservations and lost property as well as take on customer facing roles on both the stations and on-board. Jordan has become the 'go to' person for all visitors and staff who pass through HQ and has become an integral member of the team. His passion to succeed and continued development throughout his apprenticeship makes it easy to commend Jordan as apprentice of the year."“

Emma Hickman - **HAS LEFT**

Said the following about Jordan Walters - **HAS LEFT**:

“I have nominated Jordan as he has been a major asset to HQ at Birmingham since I started. He is committed, enthusiastic and is always happy to help as much as he can. He has a very positive attitude and he brightens up the office. The main reason that I am nominating Jordan is due to his dedication during our big move earlier this year, he made this operation very smooth and stress free for us all. I am extremely happy that he has now got a Customer Service Assistant role and I am very confident that he shall continue to shine in all that he does. Jordan has been a pleasure to work with and I wish him all the best in his future.“

Andrew James - **HAS LEFT**

Said the following about Jordan Walters - **HAS LEFT**:

“Jordan has been our Apprentice for around a year and has consistently provided great support to myself and the rest of the team. This was particularly true during the time of the office move, when Jordan willingly arranged for all our access passes to work in the new premises, before we arrived, this smoothing the impact of the change.

Jordan is consistently helpful and has a very positive work ethic, which is great to see.“
