Said the following about Jonathan Louis:

“I lost my purse on a Service to East Croydon. Jonathan, the guard on the train, tried to locate me on social media and even attempted to call my bank to cancel my bank card. He then posted me back my wallet, absolutely intact, with a friendly covering note. I was stunned by his outstanding kindness, honesty and generosity. He said he hoped his act would give me hope in humanity, and I think this deserves something special in return! Thank you“

Said the following about Jonathan Louis:

“I first met Jonathan onboard at the time I worked for Thameslink and was trying to transfer roles to Southern.

Jonathan who takes amazing pride in his role, wears a bow tie on his uniform that suits him well.

His service to customers and staff alike is second to none, he made a massive lasting impression when he spoke with me oh just one short journey.

Further down the line I now work for Southern and came across him here in the south, and again he was a joy to speak with“
