“On 24/3/15 Emyl saved a customer's life when on duty at Marylebone. The customer suffered a heart attack and when collapsing to the ground also struck his head on a stantion. Emyl was the duty manager and responded by co-ordinating the emergency response, looking after the victim, staunching the blood flow and giving him CPR until the medical response was on site. The BTP and the Ambulance Service subsequently confirmed that the actions of Emyl, especially the CPR treatment for a lengthy duration, saved this indvidual's life and allowed him to make a full recovery.
Emyl acted in a calm and professional manner throughout and was extremely humble in his response to having achieved such a feat. On top of everything, Emyl is a really, really nice guy and a pleasure to work with! He deserves all of the success coming his way.“
