“David has worked really hard recently as the diversity and inclusion champion at Manchester Piccadilly.
He noticed an area of improvement for the team around their knowledge of diversity and inclusion and created a training course, which he then delivered to the team to support them and create awareness and confidence in this area.
By doing this he has opened the team’s minds to inclusion, and engaged them in this area, and built their confidence and wellbeing in the workplace.
This has had a huge positive effect in the customer service they deliver, by being present in their approach and ensuring that everyone feels valued and respected at all interactions, and has had a noticeable effect on the NAS scores
