“Dale was called to a attend site due to a trespasser, when he got to site he found a man sat in the cess. it turned out the individual had touched the conductor rail. Dale spoke to the individual and managed to guide him off of the infrastructure. Dale then sat in the van with his arm around him for close to an hour just talking and he found out why the individual had tried to commit suicide. Not only did Dales actions prevent the guy from taking his own life I strongly believe his actions and time he gave after the event would prevent him from trying again.“
