This have shown clearly in the recent passenger survey (over 82%, kpi reduction, SQE policy, visibly clean units etc.).
Prior to Chris taking over management of these units, there was visible and poor presentation evident across the fleet. (defective lights, graffiti's, damaged posters, chewing gum on seats and floors etc.).
considering the age of the train and its present condition, I believe Chris and his team have done a tremendous job; to make this fleet fit for transport in the 21st century.“
