“Over the last 12 months Carlos has been instrumental in ensuring that the competency management system and training is fit for purpose. Not without its challenges with the COVID pandemic requiring a complete re-think of how we deliver assessments and training which Carlos has been instrumental in delivering.
Carlos has worked with both internal and external stakeholders to help both improve the tools and software that are used but also help drive the improvement of the training material and packages whilst driving the compliance within the dept.
He has been a key member of the leadership team within Heathrow Rail providing expert knowledge as well as being a key mentor to the team -who all look up to and respect him.
Since taking over the team I have found him to be a delight to work with and his enthusiastic can do attitude is infectious.“
