Aaron has a can do /will do attitude and is always available to help out any time of the day, any time of the week. It's clear to see that Aaron has great passion for his job and he is valued member of the Bridgeway Learning and Development Team, and he takes great pride in developing other younger and less experienced trainers.

Hands on training is an important aspect of Aarons training and he's in his element when he is delivering site based training so that his Learners also get the benefit of being able to do the job practically as well as theoretically.

Talking the talk and being able to walk the walk is also one of his key attributes and Aaron continually develops himself and he still undertakes Permanent Way Operational duties to ensure that he is always up to date with the latest techniques and industry standards.

His real passion is plant and equipment training and he has recently taken up a role with the Association of Railway Training Providers Special Interest Group for Plant Training- as he wants to improve and develop rail industry national standards and share best practice with his peers.

Good trainers are hard to find, excellent trainers that make a real difference are even harder to find and Aaron certainly fits into this category, making him a much deserved nominee and potential winner for this award“
