“Whilst working his shift at the station Jason was radioed by a member of staff and made aware of a man attempting to walk on to the track with the intention of ending his life whilst shouting that he wanted to die. Jason acted quickly, leading the gentleman off the platform and into a nearby room, whilst awaiting the emergency services Jason remained calm and most of all kept the gentleman calm and distracted from his earlier suicidal thoughts. As well as liaising with emergency services, Jason both counselled and diffused the situation, acting with empathy while remaining professional.“

I have really been grateful for your backing and have been heavily supported by everyone at Rail-Media during my first year of trading and this topped it off.
