“Call from a member of the public stating a female was within the ladies toilets believed to be self-harming.
Helen and Beth made their way immediately into the toilets and could see specks of blood on the floor. They eventually made contact with the female who stated her name was and that she was 26 yrs old and was pregnant. Ambulance and Police were contacted immediately, however, the female was so distressed that Helen and Beth requested NO male presence at this point.
Helen and Beth discovered the female had been self-harming her arm with a razor blade.
Ambulance and police arrived more than 40 minutes after the call was made and throughout this Helen and Beth kept the female calm and had to dress her injuries.
Female was taken by police and Ambulance and believed to be sectioned.
Throughout this incident both Helen and Beth were amazing without even a second thought for themselves or their safety.“
