“At the beginning of June at Milton Keynes station David Saunders have approached a very upset and suicidal customer and got her up to a place of safety. He helped his Team Leader Hannah Rose with ensuring police were in attendance and made lady tea.
The lady was very distressed and had had a horrible time, if David hadn't have approached her on the platform then it could have been a very different evening. David showed great compassion and real care for the customer and the whole industry.“
