“The team have been nominated due to the consistent effort they have delivered in engaging and measuring our workforce’s safety culture. We have included the RM3 model within our assessment and shared the engagement sessions with everyone from our directors to the cleaners as everyone should be able to have a voice and an opinion when it comes to safety related behaviours.
We are now identifying improvement areas to help us improve and through the dedication and open approach from our coaches, who do this job unpaid and with it not being part of the day job. To help everyone get home safe every day will always be our main aim. The feedback we are receiving from the sessions have really blew us away and to nominate them was an easy decision.“
