“Stephen Ellis is a crucial member of the Vocational Training team. His dedication and commitment to the TOMTIS project ensured that the training team consistently delivered to the overall projects objectives. TOMTIS is the new Ticket Office ticket issuing system which was introduced companywide which required over 800 members of ticketing staff to be trained on the new system, and with Stephens’s technological knowledge and hands on approach the training team were equipped entirely. With the upcoming project Stephen is working on to introduce smart ticketing, there is no question as to the success of this implementation also.“
