Not only has he delivered a top class facility, but he has worked tirelessly to ensure that it met the needs of all industry stakeholders and did this with notable style, tenacity and buckets of resilience and good humour. The end result is exceptional, particularly given the challenging timescales and he continues to be responsive to needs and changing situations - quickly and robustly tackling snagging items and modifications.
Feedback from all colleagues who worked with him from the stakeholder engagement forum, management teams and project has been resoundingly positive and effusive. His engagement with teams during the move period mean that end users felt they were in the safest hands and alleviated what could otherwise be an emotive situation as people are moved from a control which had been open since 1991, with some of them having been there since!
