“Sarah is a joy to manage and nothing has ever been too much trouble for her. I have witnessed her on countless occasions going above and beyond for others and she treats every customer with humanity and respect as a valued individual.

Sarah is the face of Tottenham Hale station during peak hours and enjoys working with different people every week. Her motto is “do unto others as they do unto you”, and when asked the same question for the n-th time she always acts positively and vibrantly as if it’s the first.

Sarah’s voice has been heard across the Greater Anglia network as part of our customer outreach, and her fans on Twitter grow steadily by the day.
