“Richard used his experience as a Special constable to firstly try to console a suicidal individual whom was having a mental health episode. When this failed, he restrained the male, despite getting bitten, punched and kicked he remained professional and restrained the male until healthcare professionals could attend to section the male. He showed the utmost of care and didn’t take any time off following his assaults.“
