“Whilst driving 2J85 on in August, Paul stopped his train to assist a suicidal female on the track after leaving the station. Your subsequent actions in supporting, talking and escorting the lady away from the track into Police hands was excellent. Obtaining her details for the Police allowed you to relax the lady and keep her safe from harm.
Your supportive and safety focussed actions demonstrate your personal standards and demonstrate the high standards that TPE aim to achieve daily.
