Said the following about Neil Andrews - **HAS LEFT**:

“Neil Andrews is an extremely hard working and dedicated engineer who, as Track CRE, has led the Amey Consulting track team in successfully delivering the permanent way and drainage designs for Kings Cross Remodelling Project GRIP4 and GRIP5 - Packages 1 to 7. He is highly respected by his peers and clients, communicating effectively with the project team and with his attention to detail ensuring the production of ‘right first time’ highest quality deliverables.

Whilst delivering the Kings Cross project, Neil has also continued in his position as Engineering Manager for the track teams across the North of England and Scotland. Despite juggling two extremely demanding roles, Neil has always been supportive and approachable. He has given Amey’s track engineers opportunities to train and develop in all aspects of permanent way design, maintaining his ideal of creating a team of multi-faceted permanent way engineers that can deliver designs for the complete permanent way system.

Neil is an asset to Amey Consulting and the rail industry. He fully deserves recognition for his dedication to the Kings Cross project and his team. Furthermore, he should be commended for his attitude to the training/development of the team at Amey Consulting to ensure they are our railway infrastructure engineers of the future.“
