I've witnessed him going out of his way to help a customer find their onward journey when they've boarded the wrong train, opened the buffet when staff have been delayed to ensure customers are served, he's held trains for a few moments to allow elderly passangers to board along with mucking in with catering staff and helped makes teas during disruptions...hes one of the best train managers and he not only looks after his customers incredibly well buy also his staff.“
