“Mary has been an integral part of the Heathrow Rail team for over 20 years. She shares her knowledge and experience with new starters and existing colleagues on a daily basis when she is on shift and also in the classroom as part of the DSM training team. Recently her mentoring work with the Station Team Leaders's has focussed on emergency situations. She instilled in them the need to be fully prepared for the challenges of being a Station Manager including evacuations. She encouraged & empowered them to write out step by step instructions for themselves in the event of emergencies; using prompt cards and keeping available to use at all times. This contributed to one of the Station Team Leaders carrying out one of the best Fire Evacuations we've seen at Heathrow Rail.“
“I just wanted to say a personal thank you to you and your excellent team! I was really pleased to be awarded the Highly Commended award on Saturday night and can't thank you all enough. I have really been grateful for your backing and have been heavily supported by everyone at Rail-Media during my first year of trading and this topped it off. I was very proud to receive the nomination and making the top three was incredible, I believe strongly that this is down to the team I have around me in advance-TRS but also the external teams such as Rail Media that have offered me advice and direction whenever called upon.
