“Maggie Luckhurst is the Design & Content Apprentice in GTR's marketing team, and she has gone beyond what has been expected of her as an apprentice, especially when she designed the Pride-themed train wrap of a Thameslink train for Brighton Pride in August 2019, and all other Pride-themed marketing collateral for GTR's first ever float at Brighton Pride. Maggie is passionate about GTR and the rail industry, and she is very well-liked and well-known in the company. She has gained lots of knowledge of GTR during her apprenticeship (all the way down to detailed information of different train types), and I could not imagine anybody more suited to receive this recognition.“
