The rail marketing team is small as are the marketing budgets, in it is only in the last few months that Lorraine has had additional resource to support her. Almost single-handedly, she has developed a go-to-market strategy for the rail business. She has also created a number of multi-channel, client-centric campaigns that have seen speaking opportunities double, client conversations increase, the publication of new thought leadership articles that support our overarching campaign objectives, social media advocacy and engagement rise and internal engagement grow.
