Said the following about Elizabeth Blanshard:

“Liz was working at Heathrow Rail station at Terminal 4 on 9th May 2019 and was conducting platform duties. She saw a customer who needed assistance getting to the Yotel Hotel located at the terminal building. The customer was visually impaired, and although they were able to walk, they could not see objects very clearly and were very vulnerable. Unfortunately, Airport assistance could not be provided as the customer was not travelling on this particular date and the hotel also could not provide assistance. Liz volunteered to help the customer get to the hotel safely. Liz went above and beyond to help the vulnerable customer and she cut her break short. Well done Liz!“
