Said the following about Liam-Khan Casey:

“Liam is a great colleague and one of life's genuine people who always looks out for people. He has worked his way up from the Barrier Line, to the booking offices and now guard over 6 years. Customer Service and Safety are Liam's main priority and he delivers in bundles. He's always there to help and will go the extra mile on a regular basis for anyone even if it goes into his own time. Towards then end of last year Liam had a male on his train. The male was telling Liam that he's had a bad day, and decided to talk to Liam about it. The male told Liam he had come home that day to find his Partner cheating on him with his best friend, Liam listened and was sympathetic with the man, the male thanked Liam for taking the time to listen, left the train and went on his way. Later that evening Liam had the male on his train again, this time accompanied by a bag of clothes and a newspaper. Liam approached him and asked if he was ok, since earlier. The male was a bit upset said no and told Liam that he was homeless for the night. Liam being the genuine guy he is, felt sorry for the male and knew he seemed in a bind and down. Liam decided to search for shelters in the local area and get some numbers, Liam contacted the YMCA for the male and informed them of his situation. The YMCA said that it was first come first serve and for the male to get down asap. The Male burst into tears and couldn't thank Liam enough. Liam even visited the YMCA that night after his Late shift had finished to see if the male had made it and if they had been able to give him a bed. Unfortunately the premises isn't accessible at that time of night, so Liam couldn't get in to check. I believe Liam went above and beyond for this passenger and represented the himself and the company in a superb fashion and delivered service worthy of being deemed 'Outstanding'“
