“In time since Lee moved from Duty CE Manger at the very busy Stratford to be station manager for 4 TfL Rail stations. He was quickly got referred to as the 4th emergency service as if there was ever a problem on the line not just his station. Lee was already there or on route to help and no job was to little I've seen him mopping toilets that flooded clear snow from platform some heroes wear a Cape Lee carry an orange Hi-Vis. And I know staff under his command appreciate it where he arrives at their station
And he truly is the most humble person with it an hates people making a fuss of it but I feel he need to be praised for the great role model he has made for staff to aspire to“
