Said the following about Keith Painter:

“I nominated Keith his professionalism and being the kindest person with customers and other staff.

Keith always focus on helping customers as his role as a Sales Clerk at London Victoria ticket office his approach towards customers it is outstanding.

Keith always smiles and has a positive vibe and is a pleasure to work along with.

I am nominate Keith being an example for new people joining the railway and as a mentor. His customer service is very high standard.

For me personally, and for other colleagues, he is an example, from his way of wearing his uniform to his knowledge and attitude. He is someone that will always goes that extra mile for customers and staff.

Keith for me was like a mentor supportive as a colleague.

I was outside one day and I had a passenger who bought advance tickets, the passenger was worried for being charged too much to upgrade the tickets as the passenger wanted to travel a different time and different day which has required also assistance. Because we were started to use new system Keith took time to look after the prices in to the old system making sure to give the passenger the best price and advise. He constantly goes the extra mile for customers

From complicated tickets he has been part in to training locally the staff and advise in to the job to do better.

Keith always would do the best for the customer.

When Keith use to cover, and step up team leader, he always used to help us with customers and be there for us by opening the window supporting the team in rush hour and when we need support.

He always been one step ahead.“
