“Jemma was floor walking in the retail area at Crewe when she noticed a female customer who was acting out of the ordinary. Jemma did hesitate in leaving her post and following her to the platform, where she made her way to the platform edge with suicidal thoughts, without hesitation Jemma put herself between the customer and the platform as a barrier to prevent and incident and ensure the customer safety. she then took the time to talk to the female and calm and re-assure her, her quick thinking, patience and listening skills ensured a positive outcome and the customer was moved to a safe place until the BTP's arrival, excellent work well done Jemma“
